Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions
Rilo Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through Stripe. Billing and renewal are managed through your secure customer billing portal.
2. How to Request a Refund
If you would like to request a refund for a Rilo Pro subscription or any purchase, contact support:
- Email sahaladan15@gmail.com
- Include the email address used for your subscription
- Include a short reason for the request
Refund requests are reviewed in line with applicable consumer protection law and our terms. We typically respond within 2 business days.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your Rilo Pro subscription at any time. To cancel:
- Open Profile in the web app
- Choose Manage Subscription
- Use the billing portal to cancel renewal
After cancellation, you will retain access to Rilo Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
4. Free Trial
If Rilo Pro includes a free trial period, no charge is made until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial end date, you are not billed. If you do not cancel, your subscription converts to paid at the end of trial.
